This is the second method book in Bradley Bonner's soprano recorder series. These lessons expand on the techniques taught in "Getting Started with the Soprano Recorder," the first book of this series, and encourage students to strive for excellence in technique and tone as they continue to grow in musicianship on the recorder. Section One contains the Teacher's Pages and the process for each lesson. Section Two provides the animated, interactive DVD lessons. The DVD offers animated visual and audio cues for learning the elements of music and assures every student is focused on the same content.

Each lesson is accompanied by one or more CD tracks. The instrumental tracks have been composed or arranged to motivate students to become a part of the music-making process.
