What are my payment options?
Orders must be accompanied by a credit card number, check, purchase order number, gift certificate or credit memo number.
The total balance is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Backordered items will be invoiced and shipped separately. No additional shipping will be charged on backordered shipments.
Orders paid by check must include a single check made out to Music Is Elementary. We cannot accept multiple checks from students to be applied to an order.
How long is my quote valid?
Quoted prices are valid for ninety (90) days unless otherwise specified.
When will I receive my receipt or invoice?
Receipts are issued immediately upon confirmation of prepaid orders. Postpaid orders will be invoiced in full upon first shipment. Please contact us if you require alternative invoicing arrangements.
How do I obtain an additional copy of a receipt or invoice?
To request an invoice please contact us via email at accountsreceivable@musiciselementary.com.
Can I use a purchase order?
We will accept a purchase order from institutions such as schools, places of worship, hospitals or businesses.
We can accept your purchase order via phone, website, fax, or mail. Please make sure not to duplicate any orders. If an order is duplicated, is it the responsibility of the customer to return it at their expense.

Can I place a special order?
Music Is Elementary works with many vendors and can often special order items that are not advertised in our catalog or website. The items are considered special order items and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

Can I place an international order?
Music Is Elementary would be happy to process your international order. Please call our offices to inquire about international shipping rates and ordering options at our toll free number, country code +1-800-888-7502.
International orders should either obtain their own freight forwarder or request UPS International Services when placing an order. ** Please note that all international customers are responsible for all customs & duty charges, as well as any additional handling fees charged by their local or national carrier.
*There will be no returns for international orders.
*International orders must be paid in advance, prior to shipping via direct bank transfer.

How can I get an order confirmation?
When you place an order on our website, Music Is Elementary sends you an automatic email confirmation notifying you that we have received your order. If you do not receive and order confirmation, please check your junk mail or spam folder.
Orders sent to Music Is Elementary via mail or fax do not automatically receive an order confirmation unless it is requested on the order.
If placing an order via phone an order confirmation can be sent via email per your request.
Shipping Rates:
*Shipping Rates are subject to change and are based on the subtotal dollar amount of the order.
Delivery: When choosing standard shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for an order to be delivered via UPS Ground. Back ordered items delivery dates may vary. Please contact us for an estimated time of arrival. A back ordered item will not hold up the remaining items for shipment and there will be no extra charge for said items.
- Expedited shipments must be received by 3:00 pm ET on a business day to be shipped same day. All expedited orders will be delivered Monday-Friday
- APO/FPO will ship via parcel post; standard shipping only
- Third party shipping is available upon request
- Shipping Rates to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

Do you charge tax?
All schools, places of worship, hospitals, and businesses are tax exempt. All Ohio residents should include an 8% sales tax to their order.
Damage in shipment or shortages:
Please be sure to check each shipment carefully. Make note if the shipping carton is damaged or appears abused. If the merchandise is damaged, keep the carton(s) and packing material in case the carrier requires inspection. Report all shortages directly to us, referencing the Sales Order number on the Packing Slip. All damage claims must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Returns
How do you process returns?
All returned orders must be packaged in the same manner they were received to avoid possible charges for damaged shipments. Returned products must be returned with receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Opened software and recorded media are not returnable unless defective. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless damaged or defective when it was received by the customer. Call tags will only be issued in the case of a damaged or defective product upon receipt.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product it may be returned within 30 days for full credit or refund. Any returns made are the responsibility of the customer and can be made by UPS, US Mail or common carrier. No COD or collect returns will be accepted. This does not apply to damaged or abused materials. All SALE items are final, unless item is damaged.
