Movement and Dance in Orff Schulwerk is devoted to an aspect of the Schulwerk that has been integrated from the beginning but has to date received little written documentation. Part 1 includes historical and theoretical background, Part 2 describes various content areas in which movement and dance are approached in the Schulwerk while Part 3 illustrates movement and dance with many different target groups. Fifty-six authors from many countries have collaborated on articles that broaden our knowledge about how movement and dance can be integrated with music and speech.
