What does “antimicrobial” mean?
Antimicrobial means to destroy or inhibit the growth and reproduction of microbes and microorganisms, which
include bacteria, protozoans, and fungus such as mold and mildew. Laboratory testing for the TD175AM and
TD175WAM include a high antibacterial activity rate (91.6-92.7%) against Staph and E-coli.
What does “antimicrobial technology” mean?
Antimicrobial technology means the product is engineered with antimicrobial properties formulated into the
materials of the product. The antimicrobial agents are integrated into the plastic, which is then injection molded
to create an antimicrobial polymer. This technology provides an additional level of safety from potentially
dangerous substances and provides the best protection when combined with the use of topical disinfectants.
